Monday Morning Mmmmmmmm!


A sip of heaven, that's what  this is!

I have yet to meet a So Delicious product I don't absolutely  love but this may be my favorite of all.  Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk. Dairy and Gluten Free deliciousness!

I stumbled upon this in the dairy case at Whole Foods yesterday and had to grab a carton. It is smooth and creamy and amazing poured into coffee.

It is probably a very good thing this is not available year round. =D

Update: I've just heard from the PIC department at Feingold and this is now approved, stage 1!

    I am so jealous! My daughter and I saw this advertised but haven't found it here yet. She was very happy, though, with the chocolate version we were able to find.

    The chocolate is really good, too. This one is worth searching for BUT it isn't FG approved yet. I will submit it and I would hope it would be approved rather quickly since so many of their products are on the list.

    Joe just had a mug of the Chocolate Mint heated up instead of making hot cocoa and he loved it.

    I had to run out to the HFS tonight and found it there. You're right, it's heavenly! My daughter loved the hot chocolate idea.

    Next Christmas I will be prepared! It never did get restocked at my Whole Foods. I will be sure to grab a few. But wouldn't it be yummy with an iced coffee?? =D
